Returns
We do not accept returns unless there is a mistake on our side (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, but only if the package has not yet been shipped.

• If your order has not been shipped: you can cancel within 48 hours and receive a full refund.

• If your order has already been shipped: we can no longer accept a cancellation. In this case, you would need to return the item (at your own cost) once you receive it, and we will issue a refund after the return is received and inspected.
